  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

  • In case of any pricing error, we reserve the right to:

    • Cancel the order, even after confirmation

    • Refund the full amount paid

     

4. Orders & Confirmation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation

  • This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

5. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed

  • Requests for cancellation will not be accepted under any circumstances

6. Order Verification

For security purposes, we may conduct manual verification for high-value orders.

  • Orders may be temporarily placed on hold during verification

  • Failure to complete verification may result in order cancellation

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected orders

  • We reserve the right to:

    • Restrict COD for certain users or locations

    • Cancel COD orders if deemed suspicious

👉 Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to:

  • Blocking of COD option for the user

  • Account restrictions

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to logistics, weather, or external factors

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon successful delivery.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Not all products may be eligible for return

  • Requests outside policy conditions will not be accepted

10. User Responsibilities

By using our website, you agree:

  • To provide accurate and complete information

  • Not to misuse COD or place fake orders

  • Not to engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by you.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
