Our jewellery is crafted using high-quality materials designed for durability, everyday wear, and a premium finish. Each product goes through a strict quality check before dispatch.

The design of the product will remain exactly the same. However, due to screen settings, lighting, and visual representation (including digitally enhanced or AI-generated images), the perceived size or appearance may slightly vary.


We recommend checking product dimensions for better clarity.

Our jewellery is designed to be long-lasting. However, factors like moisture, perfumes, sweat, and chemicals can affect the finish over time.


Proper care will help maintain its shine and durability.

Our products are generally skin-friendly. However, individual sensitivities may vary.

Orders & Payments

Simply select your desired product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout by entering your shipping and payment details.

  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (on eligible orders)

Yes, COD is available on selected orders.


Some COD orders may require verification before dispatch. Repeated order refusals may result in COD being restricted.

No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as we begin processing it immediately.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times. If the order is not accepted or repeatedly missed, it may be cancelled.


Re-shipping may require additional charges.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We follow a strict no-return policy for general cases.


Returns or replacements are only accepted if:


  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive a wrong item

  • There is a manufacturing defect

No. We do not accept returns for:


  • Change of mind

  • Size perception

  • Design preference

You must record a complete unboxing video while opening the package.


This video is mandatory for any claim related to:


  • damage

  • missing items

  • incorrect product


Without this video, claims may not be accepted.

All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Approved cases are eligible for replacement first.


Refunds are only provided if:


  • Replacement is not possible

  • Order is cancelled by us

  • Shipment is confirmed lost

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in:
