Return & Refund Policy

At Arica Jewels, we maintain strict quality standards and carefully inspect every product before dispatch. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be accepted.


1. No General Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preferences (design, size, look, feel)

  • Minor variations in color or finish

  • Incorrect selection made by the customer

2. Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement

Returns or replacements are only accepted in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product has a manufacturing defect


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim any return, replacement, or refund:

👉 A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package

  • Clearly show the sealed parcel

  • Capture the entire unboxing process

Without this video:

  • Claims will not be accepted under any circumstances


4. Reporting Timeline

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Requests made after this period will not be considered


5. Product Condition for Claims

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must be in original condition and packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

Used or damaged items will not be accepted.


6. Replacement Policy

  • Approved claims will be eligible for replacement only

  • Replacement will be processed after verification

If the same product is unavailable:

  • We may offer an alternative product or store credit


7. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Replacement is not possible

  • Order is cancelled by us

  • Product is confirmed lost in transit

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.


8. Return Process

If your request is approved:

  • We will arrange reverse pickup (if applicable)

  • In some cases, you may be required to self-ship the product

Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the error is from our side.


9. Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to reject claims in cases of:

  • Missing unboxing video

  • Delay in reporting

  • Signs of usage or damage after delivery

  • Incorrect or false claims


10. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD charges (if any in future) are non-refundable

  • Same return rules apply as prepaid orders

Repeated misuse of return requests may result in:

  • Account restriction

  • Blocking of COD facility


11. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed

  • If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued
