At Arica Jewels, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our dispatch process, delivery timelines, and responsibilities related to shipping.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India (PAN India).

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. This may be introduced in the future.


2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS/email.


3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from dispatch

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on:

    • Location

    • Courier partner operations

    • External factors such as weather or disruptions

We do not guarantee delivery timelines.


4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all orders across India


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible orders

  • COD orders may require OTP or confirmation verification before dispatch

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel unverified COD orders

  • Disable COD for users with repeated order refusals

👉 Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to permanent restriction of COD services.


6. Delivery Attempts & Failures

Our courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times.

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal to accept the order

Then:

  • The order may be cancelled

  • Re-shipping may be done only upon additional shipping charges


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

Arica Jewels shall not be responsible for:

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses


8. Risk of Loss

  • Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon successful delivery


9. Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Packages

If you receive:

  • A damaged package

  • A tampered parcel

  • Missing items

You must:

👉 Record a clear unboxing video from start to finish

Without an unboxing video:

  • Claims for damage, missing items, or tampering may not be accepted

All such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.


10. Lost Shipments

In rare cases where a shipment is lost in transit:

  • We will investigate with the courier partner

  • Resolution (replacement or refund) will be provided only after confirmation from the logistics partner


11. Delays Beyond Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner disruptions

  • Natural events

  • Government restrictions

  • Unforeseen logistical issues

However, we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.
